I must admit that the quality is much better than I anticipated.. All my videos have been inside and I am very pleased with the outcome. It is a fun little toy and fits nicely in my pants pocket. I also purchased the Power Adapter and have not had any charging issues. The software also worked, but I am disappointed that I can't direct the software or videos where to save. I only have a work issued PC and wanted to save the software and videos to my external drive. From my experience, I can only export the videos after everything has already been saved to the laptop hard drive. This is very frustrating, but manageable. Ok, now to the worst frustration... I want to send videos from my hotmail account or upload to Facebook. I can only send up to 10MB. In my experience this is only 9 seconds of video. This is very short! I am unable to share any of my videos with family and friends. We sang happy birthday for a dear friend, took 15 seconds - can't send to anyone.. Does anyone have any advice!
