We purchased this camera because our grandchildren were coming for a vist and we thought it would fun to have something simple to record their visit. The camera is very lightweight and easy to carry and simple to operate! The quality of the pictures is wonderful - clear, bright, sharp and we love this camera! Our son has now purchased one as well!
Downloading videos and making movies could not be easier! Although it does not have a lot of the fancy options on higher priced movie cameras, this is absolutely perfect for the average person!
The only "negative" would be that we purchased the camera through Amazon and one week after the purchase, they reduced the price and would not honor the lower price and that was a huge disappointment...so beware that whatever price you pay - will be the final price.
