Where To Buy Flip UltraHD Camcorder, 120 Minutes (Black)

Is there a way to upload HD footage onto youtube from Flip UltraHD? Someone mentioned that the automatic upload doesn't include uploading HD footage.

Also, when you are doing a background roll, the mic doesn't pick up the narrator's voice clearly. Is there a way around this? Or does the Flip editing software have any audio correction feature that will make the narrator's voice louder and clearer?
