This is a great little product. I've only used video cams on my cell phone or digital camera so this is a nice upgrade for a casual user. What surprised me is that according to the package the minimum system requirement in terms of a PC processor is a screaming fast 3.0 Ghz Intel Pentium 4. I couldn't find this anywhere on Amazon's product page. Had I known this it would have probably prevented me from ordering this. However, I didn't have trouble using it with my 1.8 ghz 2 year old pc although I have 4 GB ram and a newer high end video card. The only glitch I've found so far is that I could NOT play videos in full screen mode. Just a little caveat- if you have an older computer this little device may give your PC a hiccup.
