this is all very good in theory, but until Flip fixes its battery and charging problems this camera is nothing but paperweight. The battery doesn't charge reliably. The camera freezes when watching playback. It frequently will not start from the off position without removing the battery, plugging the camera into a USB plug and then replacing the battery. In the end the one that I have is nothing better than a glorified paperweight with the added aggravation of Flip's automated support replies.
