they sent me a bad battery pack - one of them had 2 negative ends. i called them (a few times) and was rudely told i wouldn't get one for at LEAST another 3 weeks - they wanted me to send the battery pack in, wait 3 weeks for them to inspect it. then wait another 2 weeks to get a new battery pack.
i didn't buy a product to be told that it won't work for the first 5 weeks. so i complained to amazon and they set me up with a refund for any battery pack i bought. i sent them the receipt and they credited me back the difference.
flip was AWFUL! customer service was rude and unhelpful and gave me the run-around more than once. amazon was amazing as usual.Get more detail about Flip UltraHD Camcorder, 120 Minutes (Black).
