I'm on my third and all three have proven defective. (But they are perfect for my work. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone for casual use.) When they work, they are great. One had sound issues and then one day just died. Another one, the record button became inoperable. And the one I JUST bought no longer CHARGES. It's too bad they can't get it right and even more unforgivable is their CUSTOMER SERVICE. Horrible. They KNOW about these issues and DO NOT CARE. So go ahead and buy one-- I did three times. And if you can get six months of use out of it- you are lucky. And if you don't FLIP VIDEO DOES NOT CARE. Two stars for the few times it does work.
