I got a no frills 60 minute Flip recorder last spring and loved it. The software installation was perfect, the videos were uploaded immediately. Then the UltraHD arrived. This new device has 120 minutes and zoom, what could be better? Wrong. This HD camera is AWFUL. I sent the first one back after the battery wouldn't charge. I am having the same issue now with the second. I have lost video, including of my five-year-old's birthday. This unit is so disappointing. I don't know what's gone wrong with the design, but even dealing with email customer service for Flip is very frustrating. Save your money. This product is junk.
