Love the flip. Very easy to use although the built in software was not up to date. When I downloaded new software a message popped up each time I plugged into my computer saying it could not update. I have been writing to Pure Digital and they have asked me many questions regarding my flip, computer etc. Then NOTHING!! No answer to resolve the problem. I am able to use the Flip and having fun.
